Icy weather closes Highway 401 near Morrisburg and Highway 138 near Bonville

SDG OPP officers are currently on scene of a tractor trailer that has jack-knifed and closed both east bound lanes of Highway 401 near Morrisburg. Officers are also at the scene of a head on collision on Highway 138 south of Willy Allen road.

Long Sault - January 27, 2012 - SD&G OPP officers are currently on scene of a tractor trailer that has jack-knifed and closed both east bound lanes of Highway 401 near Morrisburg.

Officers are also at the scene of a head on collision on Highway 138 south of Willy Allen road.

Both Highways will be closed to traffic while emergency crews attend to the collisions.

O.P.P. is requesting the motoring traffic to alternate routes.
