UPDATE - Ottawa Police find missing elderly man
Ottawa Police are looking for a missing man. Raymond Peters, 80, was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday by a family member at his home in the Crystal Beach area in the west end of Ottawa. Upon returning at 9 p.m., Peters and his vehicle, a blue Buick Century with the Ontario plate APHF731, were gone.

Cornwall - February 20, 2014 - Ottawa Police are looking for a missing man. Raymond Peters, 80, was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday by a family member at his home in the Crystal Beach area in the west end of Ottawa.

Upon returning at 9 p.m., Peters and his vehicle, a blue Buick Century with the Ontario plate APHF731, were gone.

Mr. Peters is described as a Caucasian male, weighing 150 to 160 pounds. His is5′-9″ tall, balding and has white hair around the sides and back. Mr. Peters has a white beard and wears prescription glasses.

He was last seen wearing a dark grey ski jacket style winter coat

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 613-236-1222.

UPDATE - Sadly, Mr. Peters body was found on a secluded street on Thursday February 20th.
