40 year old male killed on Parkway construction site

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Lasalle Fire Service, Lasalle Police Service and Essex County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) were called to an industrial incident at approximately 3:30 p.m. today on the Honourable Herb Gray Parkway between Todd Lane and Cousineau Road, Windsor, in the construction zone.
Windsor - June 17, 2014 - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Lasalle Fire Service, Lasalle Police Service and Essex County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) were called to an industrial incident at approximately 3:30 p.m. today on the Honourable Herb Gray Parkway between Todd Lane and Cousineau Road, Windsor, in the construction zone.
A 40 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating cause of the incident.
The name of the deceased is not being released pending notification of next of kin.
