Lakeshore - March 28, 2019 - Construction at the intersection of Notre Dame and West River Road will begin April 8 and last for approximately 12 weeks. The bridge over the Belle River will be closed during construction.

The detour route is Rourke Line to County Road 42 (CR42), to County Road 27. A new advanced left turn signal will be installed by the County of Essex to assist with eastbound left turn movements on the detour route. There will also be a speed limit reduction to 60 km/hr on CR42 for the duration of the detour and construction.
