Anyone who watched him play throughout his 23 year career, knows exactly just how good and dominant a ball player he was, Had Raines played for any other team than the Montreal Expos during his first ten years in the big leagues, this would all be a moot point...as he would have been enshrined in Cooperstown long ago.
