Sandwich - rosemary ham with date/fig mustard, black olive tapenade, tomato, cheddar, cucumber and red onion on grilled panini (pictured).
Soup - split yellow pea, with a tomato base, mildly spiced.
Stew - African groundnut which is rich, thick, peanut buttery goodness, with chunky veggies and warm spices.
