Cornwall has lost another familiar face and friend in Pete Latour
The Cornwall business community has lost another familiar face. Pete Latour, President of O. Charlebois Aluminum Products Inc. passed away on Friday May 13, 2011 at the age of 57 years.

Cornwall - May. 17, 2011 - The Cornwall business community has lost another familiar face, community supporter and friend. Pete Latour, President of O. Charlebois Aluminum Products Inc. passed away on Friday May 13, 2011 at the age of 57 years. Latour had his daughters by his side in his Cornwall residence at the time of his death.

Pete is the son of Thérèse Latour (née Desjardins) of Cornwall and the late Lindy Latour, father of Bobbi-Jo (Michael Graham) of Cornwall and Jodi-Rae Latour of Fort McMurray, Alberta. Latour comes from a family of six and is the dear brother of Richard of Rockland, Helene Shytle (Don) of Edmond Oklahoma, Paul of Calgary, Marc (Barbara) and Gilles (Penny) both of Cornwall.

At Pete's request, there will be no funeral. Family and friends are invited to “Come share a story and a final toast to our Dad at the Corner Pub, 17305 Cornwall Centre Road, Cornwall, Ontario on Thursday May 19, 2011 after 6:00PM."

Pete was an active member of the Kinsmen Club of Cornwall. He will be remembered as a hard-working business owner and someone who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a gracious host and a close friend to many. He will be missed.
