Windsor - Nov. 21, 2012 - By official proclamation, today was Marcel Pronovost Day here in Windsor. Councillor Percy Hatfield represented the Mayor's office at Walkerville Brewery Tuesday evening at a book signing honouring Pronovost. The new book, co-authored by The Windsor Star's Bob Duff is entitled "A Life In Hockey", and tells the story of the only Hockey Hall of Famer to call Windsor home.

Fans young and old waited in line to speak with, and have copies of the book signed by Pronovost, who played for the Wings and Leafs. He was a member of several Stanley Cup championship teams, including the last Leafs team to win Lord Stanley's Cup.

During a question and answer period, Duff asked Pronovost to name the two toughest players he ever faced. The answer? Rocket Richard and Ted Lindsay.
