Windsor - Dec. 1, 2012 - Windsor commuters will breath a sigh of relief Monday morning, with the news that the busy intersection of Cabana and Provincial Roads has been re-opened.

Both roads have been widened and feature new turning lanes. The months long reconstruction and reconfiguration project at one of the city's busiest intersections is in the completion stage, and all directions are open.
