Iginla to Montreal Canadiens? Screenshot makes you wonder...
Were the Montreal Canadiens interested in acquiring Jarome Iginla as part of today’s NHL Trade Deadline? This screenshot was taken on the Montreal Canadiens website today at 3:15 pm. Is the trade call still to be processed? Was it a deal that was in the works?

Montreal - March 2, 2015 - Original Post: Were the Montreal Canadiens interested in acquiring Jarome Iginla as part of today’s NHL Trade Deadline? Correction: This link was forwarded to us and when we followed it we saw that Iginla was actually posted on the Canadiens site. As such, we posted it for our other readers to see. We then heard from another reader, who told us that if you change the team name, any NHL player could be populated on any team site. We were not trying to suggest that we had special inside information that Iginla was on his way to Montreal, simply to share the link we had received.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this posting may have caused.
