Oshawa - June 19, 2015 - Oshawa Generals General Manager and Vice-President Roger Hunt, announced today that the team has traded the rights of over age Bradley Latour to the Windsor Spitfires. The Generals will get the rights to Anthony Kotsovos and a draft pick, in return for the 1995 born forward.

Latour spent three full seasons with the Generals after committing to the team in July 2011. Latour recorded a total of 121 points (51 goals, 70 assists) in 203 regular season games with the Generals. The left-winger helped his team hoist the Memorial Cup after registering eight points in 20 games in the 2015 playoffs.

“This deal was done with Bradley in mind,” says Oshawa Generals General Manager and Vice-President, Roger Hunt. “As a loyal General, I want to ensure Bradley’s final year in the OHL is spent in a place that’s good for him. Windsor expressed a great deal of interest and will also have a prominent role for him.”

In addition to a draft choice, the Generals also get the rights to Anthony Kotsovos. Anthony is a tough right-handed defenceman that played for the London Nationals of the GOJHL last season. The 6’0” defenceman from London, ON recorded 14 points in 42 games played in the 2014-15 season.

The Generals would like to wish Bradley all the best in his final year in the OHL and thank him for his time spent in Oshawa.
