Burlington - Jun. 19, 2015: Hayden McCool - Forward - Windsor Spitfires
Came out gangbusters after the trade from Niagara to Windsor. Finally started using his size more effectively to get to the net and to track down loose pucks to set up scoring chances for his linemates. But as the season went on, he really seemed to wear down. In his final 18 games he went goalless. That type of production to close out the season probably cost him a chance to represent Canada at the Under 18's and it certainly dropped him a bit on my list. The Sarnia Sting view the young defenceman as being an integral piece for future success, and hope to help progress Chychrun into an elite player for their club. Owen Sound - Oct. 29, 2013: Owen Sound Attack General Manager Dale DeGray is announcing that the club has acquired forward Brett Hargrave from the Sarnia Sting in exchange for a 2nd Round Draft Choice in 2016, Windsor’s 3rd Round Draft Choice in 2017 and a 4th Round Draft Choice in 2014.
