Lancaster - Jun. 19, 2011 - The weather on Father's Day was fantastic and many area families chose to spend the day enjoying the sun and surf at Charlottenburgh Park.

Located 19 km east of the City of Cornwall, along Highway 2, in the Township of South Glengarry, Charlottenburgh Park encompasses a total of 234.7 acres of green space. The 2011 season runs from Friday, May 20, 2011 to Monday, October 10, 2011.

Day rates for the park and beach are very reasonable:Adult (13 to 64 years of age) $4.25, Senior (65 years of age and over) $3.50, Child (12 years of age and under) FREE. There is a maximum daily vehicle charge of $14.50 and a season pass sells for $48.50
