SNAPSHOT - Stormont County Fair, a Labour Day tradition
Newington - Sep. 7, 2011 - The sweltering heat on Saturday and thunder and rain storms on Sunday could not keep families away from the Stormont County Fair in Newington. For many, it is a labour day tradition to attend the Newington Fair as people come to participate and enjoy everything the fair has to offer from the demolition derby, baseball games, exhibits, shows and of course the midway! Pictured here are John, Abby and Rory MacLeod enjoying the truck ride Sunday afternoon. The children got to enjoy the fair with their parents, grand-parents, and many aunts and uncles who like several others make this fair a family event.
