Jan. 22, 2012: Adele Wilson is teaching a Zumba class for Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness, a fairly recent addition to the Curves program. “Zumba is a fitness dance class. It is latin inspired, so we use a lot of latin music. We also use a lot of current music, so it’s a mixture. It’s hip hop, it’s reggaetone, it’s salsa, it’s meringue, so it’s really about infusing different styles of music together into a half and hour to an hour long workout." FULL STORY
