Windsor - Mar. 6, 2020: Curtis Douglas scored a pair a goals, including his 30th of the season to send the game to OT. Kaleb Pearson scored with two seconds to go in overtime to propel the Owen Sound Attack to a 3-2 victory over the Windsor Spitfires in front of 3,527 fans at the WFCU Centre. Burlington - Mar. 26, 2015: The OHL is a well documented family affair. Fathers and sons. Brothers and cousins. There are numerous examples of each of these every year in the league. In Owen Sound, the name Schemitsch has been an integral component to the success of the Attack over the last few years. Geoffrey Schemitsch played a total of two and a half years for the Attack, highlighted by the 2011 OHL Championship (where he was a key cog). Owen Sound - Oct. 31, 2013: The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that overage forward Cameron Brace has been suspended eight games by the Ontario Hockey League for a hit that took place last Friday in Plymouth. Owen Sound - Oct. 29, 2013: Owen Sound Attack General Manager Dale DeGray is announcing that the club has acquired forward Brett Hargrave from the Sarnia Sting in exchange for a 2nd Round Draft Choice in 2016, Windsor’s 3rd Round Draft Choice in 2017 and a 4th Round Draft Choice in 2014. Owen Sound - Oct. 16, 2013: The Owen Sound Attack is pleased to announce that forward Zach Nastasiuk has been named Captain of the Hockey Club. The veteran forward is in his 3rd Ontario Hockey League season and will take over the vacant Captaincy that was left by graduate Keevin Cutting.
