Windsor - November 5, 2013 - CFRA News Radio out of Ottawa is reporting that Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has admitted to smoking crack cocaine.

Toronto mayor Rob Ford has admitted he has smoked crack cocaine but says he does not smoke crack cocaine any longer and maintains he is not an addict.
He said, "Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine but no, do I, am I an addict? No. Have I tried it? Probably in one of my drunken stupors, probably approximately a year ago." He also said to reporters, "I wasn't lying, you didn't ask the correct question."
Until today the mayor maintained he had never used the drug. Police announced last week they had recovered a video of the mayor that was consistent with media reports saying the video contained images of the mayor smoking crack and uttering homophobic and racial slurs.
