Windsor-Essex Child and Parent Place Open House Event
New Beginnings invites you to attend our Open House event on Monday, July 22, 2013 from 3-5pm for the Windsor-Essex Child and Parent Place (WECAPP) located at 1015 Highland Avenue in Windsor. WECAPP provides visit and exchange service to separating and divorcing families, facilitating orders for access where there are safety concerns for a child and/or parent or where compliance with access orders is an issue.

Windsor - July 19, 2013 - New Beginnings invites you to attend our Open House event on Monday, July 22, 2013 from 3-5pm for the Windsor-Essex Child and Parent Place (WECAPP) located at 1015 Highland Avenue in Windsor.

WECAPP provides visit and exchange service to separating and divorcing families, facilitating orders for access where there are safety concerns for a child and/or parent or where compliance with access orders is an issue. Our centre records objective notes of observations of parent and child interaction.

New Beginnings also offers satellite service one day per week in Leamington. Presently, WECAPP provides safe, neutral, child focused, supervised visits and exchanges to 66 families each month.

The Supervised Access Program began as a pilot project in 1992 with centres in 14 court districts, Windsor being one of them. To date, there are 52 supervised access programs across Ontario funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General.

To help us celebrate, Judy Newman, Program Manager, Ministry of the Attorney General Supervised Access Programs will be in attendance.
