Cornwall - Jun. 7, 2011 - Here is your chance to make sure that your opinion is heard! The United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry are working to create a clear and concise message for key target audiences outside of the region, in particular across Ontario and Quebec, as well as Canada and the US.

The goal is to position the region as an attractive location for business and tourism based on specific strengths and benefits.

To assist in this process the SD&G Community Futures Development Corporation is surveying residents all across the three united counties. This citizen survey is part of a broad research process that includes individual interviews and roundtables with a cross section of community leaders, council members and interested citizens from across the counties.

Through this survey they wll seek to gather the views and opinions of a wide range of residents of the United Counties in order to better understand the perceived strengths that are shared across the region.

The survey consists of a mix of open-ended questions allowing respondents to write their views down as well as a number of specific choice and rating questions.

The survey will be available to the public from June 7 to June 16 by clicking HERE
