Nicole Robertson appointed City
Nicole Robertson has been appointed the City of Cornwall’s new Solid Waste Supervisor. The Solid Waste Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the City’s Solid Waste Management program. Ms. Robertson holds Terrain and Water Resource Technician and Technologist Diplomas from Sir Sanford Fleming College.

Cornwall - Jun. 28, 2011 - Nicole Robertson has been appointed the City of Cornwall’s new Solid Waste Supervisor.

“I am extremely happy to welcome Nicole to this position,” said Morris McCormick, Division Manager, Environmental Services. “Nicole has been with the City for close to 10 years and most recently held the position of Environmental Analyst in the Environmental Services Division.”

The Solid Waste Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the City’s Solid Waste Management program. The program includes curbside solid waste collection, landfill operations, recycling collection and processing, household special waste, leaf/yard waste and wood waste diversion.

Ms. Robertson is well known to many in the area due to her many years of involvement with Kinsmen Cornwall Lift -Off and other local organizations. Ms. Robertson has contributed greatly to the development of the Environmental Division in her previous position as Environmental Analyst.

A life-long resident of the Cornwall area, Ms. Robertson holds Terrain and Water Resource Technician and Technologist Diplomas from Sir Sanford Fleming College.
