Cornwall Police Service lay a number of Breach charges
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service: Peter Magoon, 30 of St.Andrews West was arrested on the 11th of August, 2011. He was bound by a Recognizance with the relevant conditions not to possess a pager and/or cell phone and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Cornwall - Aug. 12, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service:

BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Peter Magoon, 30 of St.Andrews West was arrested on the 11th of August, 2011. He was bound by a Recognizance with the relevant conditions not to possess a pager and/or cell phone and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 11th of August, 2011 he was detained by the Canadian Boarder Services Agency and turned over to the Cornwall Community Police Service after he was found to have two cell phones in his possession. He was charged with twp counts of Breach of Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- A 16 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 11th of August, 2011. The youth was bound by a Y.C.J.A. Probation Order with the relevant conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The youth was also bound by an Undertaking with the relevant conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 11th of August, 2011 shortly after 8:15 p.m., members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division located the youth intoxicated. The youth was charged with two counts of Breach of Y.C.J.A. Probation Order and two counts of Breach of Undertaking. The youth was held in custody until court the following date. The youths name was withheld as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Jason Richard Gallai, 25 of Laval Quebec was arrested on the 11th of August, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on the 3rd of August, 2010 he failed to attend court and a warrant was issued. On the 11th of August, 2011 he attended the Cornwall Community Police Service to turn himself in and was arrested. He was held in custody until court the following day.
