Cornwall - Aug. 27, 2011 - Au Vieux Duluth is giving back to the community.

Wednesday, September 14th is a special night at Au Vieux Duluth. Diners will experience service like you’ve never had before and have own personal Law Enforcement officer serving and taking care of you. Au Vieux Duluth is raising money for the Special Olympics Ontario through the Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Customers will have a choice of 3 main dishes: Butterfly Shrimp, or Chicken Brochette or Souvlaki - all served with salad, rice and potatoes - a value of $20 or more including a non-alcoholic beverage. All these three main courses are FREE with a donation for the Special Olympics. Tax receipts are available for any amount over $20, to be issued at a later date by Special Olympics.

100% of donations go to Special Olympics of which 75% goes towards sports equipment, facility rentals, Special Olympics events (Games & Competition) and Athlete training right here in our community. The rest assists with the expansion of the Law Enforcement Torch Run program.

Law Enforcement officers carry the “Flame of Hope” all across the world for Special Olympics athletes. Please help with your support.
