Cornwall Police Blotter September 30
The following is an official media release from the Cornwall Police Service: It is alleged that during the early hours of the 30th of September, 2011 he provided a false name to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division during an investigation.

Cornwall - Sep. 30, 2011 - The following is an official media release from the Cornwall Police Service:

BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 14 year-old Montreal youth was arrested on the 29th of September, 2011. She was bound by an Undertaking with the relevant condition to abstain from contacting or communicating directly or indirectly with certain people and to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 13th of September, 2011 the youth was in the company of one of the said person. She turned herself in and charged with 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking. She was held in custody until court later that day. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Cornwall, ON- Alicia Cook, 24 of Akwesasne was arrested on the 29th of September, 2011. She was bound by an Undertaking with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to attend for fingerprints on the 23rd of September, 2011. It is alleged that she failed to appear on the 23rd of September, 2011. She turned herself in and was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking. She was held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- Armand Richer, 49 of Cornwall was arrested on the 29th of September, 2011. He was bound by an Undertaking with the conditions to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour, to carry a copy of his release conditions at all times and provide them upon request of police. It is alleged that on the 29th of September, 2011 a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop and located the male without his documents. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking and released to appear in court on the 11th of October, 2011 to answer to the charges.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, THEFT, MISCHIEF & RESIST ARREST
Cornwall, ON- A 26 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 30th of September, 2011. It is alleged that during the early hours of the 30th of September, 2011 he entered into an altercation with his 22 year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her and took her cell phone without permission. He also caused damage to a wall in the residence. The victim was not injured. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. Subsequently to his arrest, he attempted to pull away from police. He was charged with Domestic Assault, Theft Under $5000.00, Mischief and Resist Arrest. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

OBSTRUCT POLICE
Cornwall, ON- Alexandre Fournier, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on the 30th of September, 2011. It is alleged that during the early hours of the 30th of September, 2011 he provided a false name to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division during an investigation. He was charged with Obstruct Police and released to appear in court on the 25th of October, 2011.
