OPP officers arrest 16 year old male in Winchester
The following is an official media release from the Ontario Provincial Police: On October 26, 2011, SD&G OPP began an investigation into a report of the theft of a motorcycle from a residence in the Village of Winchester, North Dundas Township. The investigation led officers to the arrest of a 16yr old male.

Alexandria - Oct. 31, 2011 - The following is an official media release from the Ontario Provincial Police:

CHARGES LAID
(North Dundas) - On October 26, 2011, SD&G OPP began an investigation into a report of the theft of a motorcycle from a residence in the Village of Winchester, North Dundas Township. The investigation led officers to the arrest of a 16yr old male (from Russell, ON). The youth was apprehended on October 28, 2011 at approximately 1:00am. Further information revealed he was bound by conditions from a previous police incident. He is charged with;

- Theft under $5000.00
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking (2 counts)

He was held in custody, pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall this date (28Oct11).

BREAK-IN/THEFT
(North Stormont) - On October 27, 2011, SD&G OPP responded to a report of a break-in of an outbuilding at a property on Tolmies Corners Road, North Stormont Township. Investigation revealed that over the past three (3) days, chainsaws and an assortment of tools were removed.

An investigation continues.
