Mischief And Break-In Result In Charges
On November 09, 2011, at approximately 8:30pm, SDG OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a residence on Losey Road, South Stormont Township. A 15 year old male youth had become aggressive and caused damage within the residence. Further information revealed a similar incident had taken place a few days earlier.

SD & G - Nov. 10, 2011 - (South Stormont) - On November 09, 2011, at approximately 8:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a residence on Losey Road, South Stormont Township. A 15 year old male youth had become aggressive and caused damage within the residence. Further information revealed a similar incident had taken place a few days earlier.

The youth was arrested and is charged with Mischief to Property Under $5000.00 (2 counts).

He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall.

(South Glengarry) - On November 09, 2011, SD&G OPP began an investigation into a report of a break-in at a residence on Park Street, South Glengarry Township. A quantity of jewellery had been removed. The investigation led officers to arrest a 23 year old male (from South Glengarry). The stolen items were recovered.

The male is charged with Break, Enter & Theft (2 counts), Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on January 11, 2012.

PILLS SEIZED FROM TRAFFIC STOP - 4 CHARGED

(South Dundas) - On November 08, 2011, at approximately 9:30pm, an SD&G OPP officer had the occasion to stop a vehicle for speeding on Highway 401, South Dundas Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of a large quantity (approximately 1500) of assorted prescription medication (pills), consisting of suspected hydromorphone, methadone and codeine. A small amount of suspected cocaine was also seized. Four (4) occupants in the vehicle were subsequently arrested. Furthermore, all were bound by conditions set from previous incidents.

The driver, Amanda Koussaye (26) of Saint-Laurent PQ is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking (4 counts).

Passenger Kevin Fort (19) of Laval PQ is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking (3 counts).

Passenger Sarah Oudina (20) of Laval PQ is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking.

Passenger George Rabie (20) of Laval PQ is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking (4 counts).

All were held in custody, pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall November 9.
