Cornwall - November 12, 2011 - Saturday, November 5th was a great second coming for local Junior Natural Bodybuilding Champion Joey Berry as he competed in the 2011 OPA (Ontario Physique Association) Bodybuilding Championships in Ottawa, walking away with 3 trophies.

The OPA is the province's governing body for bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini events and is also the largest physique organization in the country, both in terms of the number of competitions they hold and competitors that enter.

Seeing the level of competition he was up against this time around, Joey went in feeling a little less confident than before, however, not only did he manage to shock himself but also shocked everybody else in attendance that night when he placed 1st in Classic Short, 2nd in Junior Male and 2nd in Lightweight, a very impressive feat as this was only his second time ever competing and his first time competing in a "non-drug tested" competition.

This qualifies Berry for the OPA Provincials at the Toronto Pro Supershow in June. Before that, Joey will take the stage at the OPA Naturals Auto Classic in Ottawa on April 28th.

He is also set to appear in the pages of Muscle Insider magazine come March.
