Busy weekend for Cornwall Police
A 20 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 25th of November, 2011. He was bound by a non-communication order with the condition to not communicate with several individuals including his 19 year-old ex girlfriend. It is alleged that on the 11th of November, 2011, he contacted his ex-girlfriend by telephone.

Cornwall - November 28, 2011 - Cornwall, ON- Jesmer Owen, 30 of Long Sault was arrested on the 26th of November, 2011. He was bound with the recognizance with the condition to not communicate directly or indirectly with a certain person. It is alleged that on the 6th of September, 2011, he posted a video online involving the said person. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with obstruct justice and breach of recognizance. He was held in custody until court later that day.

DOMESTIC- FAIL TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDER
Cornwall, ON- A 20 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 25th of November, 2011. He was bound by a non-communication order with the condition to not communicate with several individuals including his 19 year-old ex girlfriend. It is alleged that on the 11th of November, 2011, he contacted his ex-girlfriend by telephone. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with fail to comply with court order and held in custody until court later that day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

BREACHES & DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- Kristopher Kirkey, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on the 25th of November, 2011. He was bound by a probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and to abstain from the purchase, possession, consumption of drugs. It is alleged that on the 25th of November, 2011, he was found to be in possession of what was believed to be marijuana. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of breach of probation order. He was released to appear in court on the 6th of December, 2011.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT & BREACH
Cornwall, ON- A 33 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 26th of November, 2011. She was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 26th of November, 2011 she got into an altercation with her 25 year-old boyfriend when she assaulted him. The victim suffered minor injuries. She was charged with domestic assault and breach of probation order. She was held in custody until court the following day. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

THEFT OF TRAILER
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is currently investigating the theft of a 2005 Rain EXP trailer, black in colour, from a Seventh Street East business which occurred on or prior to the 24th of November, 2011. PERSONATION, OBSTRUCT POLICE & DRIVE DISQUALIFIED
Cornwall, ON- Marc Longchamps, 31 of Nepean was arrest on the 26th of November, 2011. It is alleged that on the 26th of November, 2011, a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop and the driver provided a false name. Investigation revealed that the driver was a disqualified driver. He was charged with personation, obstruct police and drive disqualified. He was held in custody until court the following day.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- A 32 year-old Long Sault male was arrested on the 26th of November, 2011. It is alleged that on the 19th of November, 2011, he got into an altercation with his 28 year-old common-law wife when he assaulted her. The victim was not injured. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with domestic assault and released to appear in court on the 13th of December, 2011. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE- ATV
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigation a theft of a 2007 Kawasaki ATV from a St.Felix Street residence which occurred sometime between 9:45 pm on the 25th of November, 2011 and 6:40 am on the following day. BREAK & ENTER
Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigation a break and enter which occurred on the 26th of November, 2011 at a Adolphus Street residence The suspect(s) gained entry by breaking the frame of a patio door and proceeded to remove a black wallet containing an undisclosed amount of money, MasterCard’s and personal documents. WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Jamie Garlow, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on the 27th of November, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding probation order warrant. It is alleged that on the 12th of November, 2011 he failed to comply with his condition of house arrest. He was located and held in custody until court the following day.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH WEAPON, INTIMIDATION, OBSTRUCT, FORCIBLE CONFINEMENT, THREATS & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 34 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 27th of November, 2011. He was bound by a probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior. It is alleged that on the 26th and the 27th of November, 2011 he got into an altercation with his 26 year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her and threaten her with a knife. It is also alleged that he caused damage to home and prevented her to leave. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. Upon his arrested he resisted. He was charged with 4 counts of assault, 2 counts of mischief under $5000.00, 2 counts of utter threats, assault with a weapon, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, obstruct police, forcible confinement, intimidation and 2 counts of breach of probation order. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.
