Cornwall police blotter for December 6
It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011, while in custody he caused damaged to a door at the police station. He was charged with mischief under $5000.00 and held in custody until court later that day.

Cornwall - December 6, 2011 - The following is an official media release from the Cornwall Community Police Service:

MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON- Kristopher Kirkey, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011, while in custody he caused damaged to a door at the police station. He was charged with mischief under $5000.00 and held in custody until court later that day.

Cornwall, ON- Jordyn Chandonnet, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011, he broke a window at a Seventh Street West residence. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with mischief under $5000.00 and released to appear in court on the 20th of December, 2011.

Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 5th of December, 2011. It is alleged that on the 5th of December, 2011 he damaged property at a treatment facility. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with mischief under $5000.00 and held in custody until court the following day. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Richard Brisson, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding probation warrant. It is alleged that on the 28th of November, 2011 a warrant was issued for breaching his conditional sentence order with the conditions of being under full house arrest and not associate with anyone with a criminal record. He turned himself into police and was held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- Micheal Masson, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on the 5th of December, 2011 under the strength of an order for committal due to a surety revocation. He was located and held in custody until court the following day.

BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Cory Arial, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011. He was bound by a recognizance with the condition of a curfew of 11:00 p.m. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011 at 11:10 p.m. he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be away from his residence. He was charged with breach of recognizance and held for custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- A 42 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011. She was bound by a recognizance with the relevant condition to not have any contact directly or indirectly with her girlfriend. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011 she was located with her girlfriend and police were contacted. She was charged with breach of recognizance and released to appear in court on the 20th of December, 2011. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 3rd of December, 2011. The youth was bound by a Youth Probation Order with the relevant condition to reside at a place approved by Probation and abide by the rules of that residence and the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The youth is also bound by a second Probation Order with the relevant condition of keep the peace and be of good behavior. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011 he failed to return home and was reported missing. The youth was located and subsequently charged with 2 counts of breach of probation. The youth was released to an adult to appear in court on the 9th of February 2012. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Cornwall, ON- Michael Dickenson, 44 of Cornwall was arrested on the 3rd of December, 2011. He was bound by Recognizance with the relevant condition not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with a said female. It is alleged that on the 3rd of December, 2011 a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division conducting a R.I.D.E program located the male with the said female. He was charged with breach of recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- Tracey Baker, 43 of Cornwall was arrested on the 3rd of December, 2011. She was bound by a recognizance with the conditions to reside at a certain address, abide by the rules of that residence, not to be away from my residence between the hours of 10pm and 6am, and abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely or being found anyplace where alcohol is sold, save restaurants. It is alleged that on the 3rd of December, 2011 her attended the residence while under the influence of alcohol. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 3 counts of breach of recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.

Cornwall, ON- Chad Young, 36 of Cornwall was arrested on the 2nd of December, 2011. He was bound by a Probation Order with the pertinent condition to abstain from alcohol and to keep the peace. It is alleged that shortly prior to 2:00 a.m. on the 2nd of December, 2011, he was located on Second Street by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with 2 counts of breach of probation order and released to appear in court on the 2nd of February, 2011.

BREACHES & DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- Mark Munro, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on the 5th of December, 2011. He was bound by a recognizance with the relevant condition not to associate with persons known to you to have a criminal record or youth court record. It is alleged that on the 5th of December, 2011 he was observed by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be associating with someone known to have a criminal record. Subsequently to his arrest, he was found to be in possession of what was believed to be speed. He was charge breach of recognizance and possession of a controlled substance. He was held in custody until court the following day.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, ON- Denis Laframboise, 54 of Cornwall was arrested on the 4th of December, 2011. It is alleged that on the 2nd of December, 2011 he criminally harassed a 23 year-old female known to him by continuously following her. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with criminal harassment. Further investigation revealed that the man was also wanted under the strength of an outstanding warrant. He was held in custody until court the following day.

BREAK & ENTER ARREST
Cornwall, ON- Derek Perkins, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on the 6th of December, 2011. It is alleged that shortly after 2:00 a.m. the 6th of December, 2011 the male was located in a Churchill Avenue residence by police after the home owner heard noises. He was charged with break and enter with intent to commit indictable offence. He was held in custody until court the following day.
