Another mass shooting, this time at Empire State Building
Various media outlets are reporting yet another shooting in the United States. This time it is a shooting at the Empire State Building in New York City. Preliminary reports suggest that ten people were shot and two of those have been killed. The incident happened just after 9:00 am on Friday morning.

Windsor - August 24, 2012 - Various media outlets are reporting yet another shooting in the United States.

This time it is a shooting at the Empire State Building in New York City. Preliminary reports suggest that ten people were shot and two of those have been killed. The incident happened just after 9:00 am on Friday morning.

It is being reported that one of the dead is the shooter. The shooting happened on the sidewalk on Fifth Avenue just outside the recognizable building.

This is the third mass shooting in the United States in the last month. On July 20, a shooter opened fire at a late night screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colorado, killing 12 and wounding 58 others.

Another shooting occurred on August 5th when six people were killed and three others wounding in an act of domestic terrorism at a Sikh temple near Milwaukee.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will hold a media conference at 11:00 am EST.
