Edmonton - Oct. 16, 2015: It may not have been the result anyone was hoping for from the last home opener to ever be played at Rexall Place but yesterday's 4-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues was arguably the best all around game the Edmonton Oilers have played this season. Unfortunately, scoring goals continues to be a problem but don't be surprised to see that change in the very near future. FULL STORY
Edmonton - Oct. 11, 2015: If one were to simply look at the box score from last night’s game between the Edmonton Oilers and Nashville Predators, they would likely come to the conclusion that Pekka Rinne was sole the reason Todd McLellan’s side dropped a 2-0 decision. Edmonton - Jan. 14, 2015: At this stage of the game, expecting a team like the Edmonton Oilers to go into the building of one of the better teams in the Western Conference and come away with two points is not even remotely realistic. So watching them fall by a score of 4-2 to the St. Louis Blues is frankly no big deal.
