By Media Release
The Windsor Spitfires will be without star forward Josh Ho-Sang at the start of next season. Ho-Sang was handed a 15 game suspension for his contact with a London Knight player that resulted in injury.
Windsor - April 8, 2014 - Earlier today, the Ontario Hockey League handed down a 15-game suspension to Spitfires forward Josh Ho-Sang, the result of a play that occured during Game Four of the club's opening round playoff series with the London Knights, back on Thursday, March 27th.
“We're disappointed with the league's ruling,” Spitfires President & Head Coach Bob Boughner said. “In reviewing the play, we felt the contact between Josh and the London player was incidental in nature. The club will offer no further comment at this time.”
