Windsor Spitfires Hummazing Player of the Week - Marchese
Chris Marchese is Hummazing Player of the Week for the period ended Sunday, October 12th. In two games last week, Marchese had three goals and a +1 rating, as the Spits went 1-1. Marchese and the Spitfires (2-4-0-0) are getting ready for their first three-game week and mutli-game road trip of the season; hosting the Saginaw Spirit (Thursday), before heading Northeast, with stops in Barrie (Saturday) and Owen Sound (Sunday).

Windsor - October 15, 2014 - Chris Marchese is Hummazing Player of the Week for the period ended Sunday, October 12th.

In two games last week, Marchese had three goals and a +1 rating, as the Spits went 1-1.

The 20-year-old left-winger scored twice, including the dramatic overtime winner, in a 5-4 victory over the Peterborough Petes at the WFCU Centre October 9th.

He also scored his team-leading fifth of the season in a 9-2 loss in Sarnia on October 11th.

In six games, Marchese is currently on a point-per-game clip (5G, 1A). In 74 career games in Windsor, over parts of three seasons, Marchese has 26 goals and 31assists, along with a -13 rating and17 penalty minutes.
